Gary read the report and it was approved.
Treasurer’s Report
There was no treasurer’s report.
Old Business
Gary said he thought the band appreciation night went well
Jim said the kids need to get their permission slips in for the Cedar Point trip. The cost is $82 this year.
Gary said we won’t need walkers for the EC Memorial Day parade and the Paris parade has been cancelled. Jim explained why we are only doing the first half of the new route this year. He also read the release form that the village and American Legion want each kid or group to sign. The East Canton School lawyer recommends not to sign it.
New Business
Gary said we need to do elections. Krista Scholdberg said she would like to be president. Jessica Slater said she would like to be vice president. Ashley Marteney said she would like to be treasurer. Shelly Stewart said she would do secretary. No one else said they we interested in any of the offices. Missy made a motion to accept these people for the offices and Ian Scholdberg seconded it. It passed on a 5 to 1 vote.
Missy made a motion to adjourn and Jessica seconded it. All agreed.
